As one of the largest employers on the Gold Coast, we offer a diverse and unique working environment employing star recruits in a variety of positions including Marine Mammal Trainers, Show Announcers, Engineers, Marketing Executives, Call Centre Operators, Performers and Attractions staff, as well as Ride Attendants, Lifeguards, Food & Beverage Attendants, Retail Sales Assistants and Cleaners. In addition we also employ a diversity of workers in support roles to facilitate the day‐to‐day function of our multi‐disciplinary organisation.

Training and development
Village Roadshow Theme Parks is committed to fostering an environment that encourages individuals to seek opportunities for professional growth and enrichment. As such we encourage all managers, supervisors and employees to identify educational, training and development opportunities that will improve employee potential and job performance.
Statutory, safety, customer service and other internal training is provided by on site professionals and nationally accredited trainers.
Village RoadshowTheme Parks supports and provides financial assistance for employees to undertake further studies outside work, which will benefit both the individual and the business. We also support youth training and development through Australian Apprenticeships, Traineeships and work experience placements.

Work Experience
Although we don’t currently offer any work experience within our theme parks, a school based traineeship is available within our hospitality area (please note we do not offer traineeships with the animals).
