TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE OF ENTRY TICKETS & PASSES
In deciding to buy an entry ticket or a Pass you [and where you are under 18 years, your Parent or Guardian] agree to the following:-
All tickets purchased online are non refundable and not exchangeable.
We (the owners and operators of the premises) are not liable for and you irrevocably release us from any liability for death, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever (including the negligence of staff to the fullest extent permitted by law) whilst you are on the premises.
You will let us search any bags or other goods in your possession or your locker immediately upon
request.
No alcohol, glassware, commercially prepared food or commercial quantities of food are allowed.
Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
Photographs, movies or videos taken by you must be for your own personal use and enjoyment and not for any commercial purpose. No flash photography is allowed in any attraction. We may use any photographs that we take of you for our commercial purposes without payment to you.
Due to safety requirements physical restrictions and/or clothing or accessory restrictions may apply on some rides. You agree to abide by all ride instructions.
We may close rides, attractions and/or whole of premises on a permanent or temporary basis due to inclement weather, safety, refurbishment, maintenance or other reasons. Any extensions to the life of your pass or refunds as a result of limited visitation, suspension, premises or ride closure are not allowed.
Entry is NOT permitted (unless otherwise specified) to Sea World Resort Water Park, outside advertised operating hours, during special events nor on Christmas Day or ANZAC Day.
An Annual Pass is valid from the date of ‘activation’ for a period of 12 months. A VIP Pass is valid from date of purchase until 30 June 2012. A Super Pass is valid for 28 days from date of first entry. A Summer Pass is valid until 29 February 2012. White Christmas tickets MUST be pre-booked. An Escape Pass is valid for 14 days from date of first entry for 2 parks only. A single entry ticket is valid on the day of use only.
If your pass is lost, stolen or damaged you must pay $20.00 to obtain a replacement pass but this fee may be waived where your pass is stolen if you provide us with a documented police report.
The pass issued to you remains our property and is not to be used by anyone other than you, cannot be sold nor is it redeemable for cash or able to be used with any other offer.
We may cancel or suspend your pass and/or remove you from the premises if you breach any of these terms and conditions which are governed by the laws in force in the State of Queensland.
We may collect and use personal information you provide to us for our business purposes and if you provide an email address you will automatically become a My Fun Club Member and receive exclusive member benefits and offers from us.
