I am getting a message to enable cookies?

There are some minimum technical requirements to purchase tickets online. We recommend using Internet browser versions Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or above or Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or above. The cookies in your browser should be enabled. Java Script should be enabled. You will require Adobe Reader to open the PDF of your Print-at-home tickets.

I am not being given the MyFun member discounted price?

You must join and be logged in with your login details as a MyFun Member in order to access the MyFun member discount offers. Unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund if you fail to login with your MyFun member login details.

Are there any fees charged when booking online?

Yes, a $3.95 web booking fee applies per transaction on all web bookings. Gift Cards and Sea World Children's Books will incur a $7.95 postage fee. A surcharge of 1.5% applies to all American Express and Diners Card transactions.  

How do I collect my tickets after purchasing online?

When purchasing tickets online you will be emailed a confirmation with a link to a PDF which contains your barcoded Print-At-Home ticket. The system issues one ticket per person. You must have access to a printer in order to print your tickets to present at the theme park or attraction. Entry will not be permitted without presentation of these tickets.

Do I have to select a date and time for Australian Outback Spectacular tickets, Sea World Whale Watch tickets or Sea World Cruise tickets?

Yes, after you have clicked to proceed to check out you will then need to click on the calendar to select your preferred date and then click to display options. You will be shown options from the date entered. Select your preferred option and then complete the rest of the required information. If there is no show or time to select then there is no show or time for the date selected and you may wish to search for another date.

I am clicking on the Pay Now button on the check out page but nothing is happening?

Some fields are mandatory and you cannot proceed without this information. The error message advising the details of the problem will be displayed at the top of the page. Please complete the information and hit Pay Now again.

I am buying tickets as a gift. Whose information do I need to enter?

Please enter the details of the person making the purchase.

I had a problem at the end of transaction and now I don’t know if the order was successful? 

If successful, a PDF of your tickets has been sent to the nominated email address which you will need to print and present as per the instructions on the tickets. If you do not recieve this then please email the full name the booking was made under, date and tickets booked to superstore@myfun.com.au and we will investigate this issue and respond.

The PDF with my Print-at-Home tickets is not loading?

If you cannot view the PDF you may need to upgrade your version of Adobe Reader to the latest version. Please click on the link below and follow the directions to download Adobe Reader.

I don’t have a printer. Can I still purchase tickets online?

No, you must print the PDF of your tickets and present at the theme park or attraction for entry. If you arrive at the theme park or attraction without the PDF of your tickets you will be asked to pay for entry again at the door rate and you will not be eligible for any internet only discounts or specials).

Can I go to a park without the PDF of my tickets?

No, if you arrive at the theme park or attraction without the PDF of your tickets you will be asked to pay for entry again at the door rate (you will not be eligible for any internet only discounts or specials).

Can I go to a park with my confirmation number?

No, as the tickets have already been issued via the email confirmation. If you arrive at the theme park or attraction without the PDF of your tickets you will be asked to pay for entry again at the door rate (you will not be eligible for any internet only discounts or specials).

Can I get a refund?

Tickets purchased via the web site are non-refundable and may not be resold.

Can I amend the date for my Australian Outback Spectacular show, Sea World Whale Watch tour or Sea World Cruises tour?

Tickets are valid only for date and time specified and amendments are not possible.

How long are my tickets purchased via the web site valid?

General Admission, Super Pass, Fun Pass, Escape Pass and 2 Day Pass tickets purchased online are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. All Annual Pass tickets including Mega Pass tickets are valid for presentation 30 days from date of purchase. The twelve month validity commences from first visit.

Can I purchase on the web site and visit the same day?

Yes. You can purchase Australian Outback Spectacular tickets, Sea World Whale Watch tickets and Sea World Cruises tickets up to two hours prior to the show or tour time.

Where do I need to go with my Print-At-Home ticket purchased from the web site?

Guests with a One Day Admission, Two Day Pass, Annual Pass, Fun Pass, Escape Pass and Australian Outback Spectacular ticket can take these directly to a turnstile or access control point for entry. Guests with a Super Pass must go to a ticket booth first where you will a photo taken and affixed to your ticket for entry.

The Annual Pass ticket allows one entry only and then you must go to Guest Services to have your Annual Pass processed.

Show date, time and seat details for Australian Outback Spectacular are printed on the ticket. Tour date and time details for Sea World Whale Watch and Sea World Cruises are printed on the ticket.

Guests with a Sea World Helicopters voucher will need to telephone Helicopters to make a booking and will then need to present the voucher to Sea World Helicopters to be scanned on the day of the flight.
