MY FUN CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions govern your membership of the MyFun Club operated by Warner Village Theme Parks ABN 89 149 638 307 ("WVTP"):

• To become a MyFun Club member, applicants must complete the joining details on the MyFun web site correctly and provide an individual email address unused by any other person. Membership is free.
• Applicants will be asked to provide personal information when registering to become a member of the MyFun Club.
• Personal information that WVTP collects is maintained in accordance with WVTP' Privacy Policy accessible at www.myfun.com.au. Personal information collected may be disclosed to related bodies corporate of WVTP for marketing/ promotional purposes. Personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior consent. Contact our Privacy Officer if you would like details of the personal information held.

• Membership is valid once the account has been activated.
• WVTP may in its sole discretion suspend or terminate any MyFun Club membership.
• All emails sent to members will clearly identify WVTP as the sender responsible for the communication with contact details and will include an unsubscribe facility allowing MyFun Club members to remove themselves from the database. MyFun Club members can also unsubscribe from the MyFun Club on the MyFun web site.
• MyFun Club membership benefits are only available as per the details specified in the offers communicated to members by email and as displayed on the MyFun web site.
• Competitions may be subject to individual terms and conditions available at the time of entry.
• Employees of WVTP and its related bodies corporate, including immediate families, may become members of the MyFun Club but cannot enter any competitions promoted on the MyFun web site.
• WVTP will not be liable for any loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) or damage by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, of WVTP in connection with the MyFun Club unless such liability may not be lawfully excluded, in which case liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. WVTP is not responsible for any injury or damage from any technical malfunction of Internet systems, servers, or software resulting from membership of the MyFun Club.
