*CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE OF ENDLESS SUMMER PASS:
1. To become a valid Endless Summer Pass holder you must join MyFun.
2. At time of purchase you must select 2 Parks only from Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet'n'Wild Water World to which your Pass will enable entry for the 2 Park Endless Summer Pass option OR the 3 Park Endless Summer Pass option.
3. Ticket must be presented on first visit which MUST occur within 60 days of date of purchase otherwise purchaser will not obtain an Endless Summer Pass and all monies paid will be forfeited in full to Warner Village Theme Parks ("WVTP").
4. At time of first visit a Season Pass Agreement form must be completed.
5. 2 Park Endless Summer Pass entitles holder to entry to 2 Parks you have selected from date of purchase until 30 June 2010 inclusive BUT NOT:-
• to special events conducted outside advertised park trading hours; nor
• on Christmas Day or ANZAC Day.
6. 3 Park Endless Summer Pass entitles holder to entry to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet'n’'ild Water World from date of purchase until 30 June 2010 inclusive BUT NOT:-
• to special events conducted outside advertised park trading hours; nor
• on Christmas Day or ANZAC Day.
7. On any valid day entry is permitted ONCE to each selected park. Any extensions or refunds as a result of limited visitation or suspension are not allowed.
8. Endless Summer Pass does not entitle the holder to:-
• entry to the Sea World Resort Water Park, Sea World Helicopters or Sea World Animal Adventures; nor
• Annual Pass member benefits.
9. Endless Summer Pass is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to use, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any other offer.
10. WVTP may cancel or suspend the Endless Summer Pass and/or remove the holder from a park if they breach ANY park rules which are set out at the front gate of each park. WVTP reserves the right to close rides and/or attractions on a permanent or temporary basis during the life of the Endless Summer Pass.
11. The original Endless Summer Pass must be presented to be allowed entry to a park. NO PASS - NO ENTRY
12. If the Endless Summer Pass is lost, stolen or damaged $20.00 is payable to obtain a replacement pass. If the Endless Summer Pass is stolen the replacement fee may be waived if a documented police report is provided.
13. These Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of Queensland, Australia.
