Statutory, safety, customer service and other internal training is provided by on site professionals and nationally accredited trainers.
Warner Village Theme Parks supports and provides financial assistance for employees to undertake further studies outside work, which will benefit both the individual and the business.
We also support youth training and development through Australian Apprenticeships, Traineeships and work experience placements.

Customer Service
Initial training begins from orientation and continues through out your career via on-the-job training. Customer Service workshops are held during your first year of service and focus on extending your skills to deliver the highest possible standard of customer service. Further opportunities focusing on disability awareness, cultural awareness and managing challenging guests can further enhance your superior customer service skills. Providing superior customer service to our guests is what we do best.
